We do not sell recommendations.

When I founded Taaeen in 2012, the region did not lack advice. Every major firm in the world had an office here and a view on what our institutions should do. What was missing was anyone who would stay long enough to find out whether the advice worked.

That gap has closed a little in fourteen years, but not much. A great deal of work in this market still ends at the recommendation a document, a workshop, an invoice and the institution is left to convert intent into reality on its own. That conversion is the hard part. It is also the only part that matters.

So we built the group around it. Six companies, each a specialist, each capable of standing alone, and all of them accountable to the same test: is the organisation actually different, and is it different in the way it needed to be?

That test is why we look the way we do. It is why skills+ exists, because a new operating model that nobody has been trained to run is a document. It is why AI+ builds working systems rather than pilots. It is why setup+ and tfs+ exist, because a company has to exist and be solvent before it can be advised. And it is why evento+ exists, because the moment a change is announced to the people it affects deserves the same seriousness as the change itself.

“We do not sell recommendations. We stay until the change holds.”

We are ambitious about this region, and specific about it. Our clients are here. Our people live here. The frameworks our government clients are judged against are ours to know in detail, not to read about. That is not a marketing position it is simply where we are from.

If you are carrying something that has to change, I would rather you told us what it is than asked us what we offer. The answer follows from the problem.
